What we do

AI readiness education

Learn to check AI-generated content, recognise missing facts and decide when not to use an output.

Workflow discovery

Examine everyday administrative friction before choosing whether AI, a standard template or a process change is appropriate.

Governance by design

Start with tool approval, information boundaries, human oversight and clear escalation.

Start small. Learn from practice.

Our initial focus is individual UK GP practices, with wider Primary Care Network relationships developing in parallel. We propose bounded assessments of non-clinical administrative tasks using fictional examples.

Longer term, our mission also considers patients' experiences and the challenges clinicians face in meeting patient needs. Any clinical application would require separate evaluation and safeguards.

Current focus

One-workflow assessment

Explore a single non-clinical writing process with a practice representative. No patient data, no automated decisions and no claims of proven time savings.

Our UK starting point

Understand the problem before choosing the technology.

A useful AI solution begins with the experiences of the people who deliver and receive care. Our first conversations focus on non-clinical administrative work in UK general practice, where we can explore opportunities without handling patient records.

01 · Discover

Listen to the practice

Identify repetitive tasks, missing information, review burden and the people affected.

02 · Evaluate

Compare the options

Consider simpler process improvements alongside AI. Test examples using fictional information and documented review steps.

03 · Decide

Recommend responsibly

Record risks, controls and limitations, including when not to proceed with AI.

Free learning

Build judgement before adoption.

Try three fictional writing exercises and practise a five-step review: prepare, prompt, compare, correct and approve—or stop. These are educational activities, not validated clinical templates or a certification programme.

A note on our scope

People remain responsible.

Our initial offer does not diagnose, triage, prescribe, send automated messages or process patient records. Organisations must approve their own tools and workflows.
